Abstracts have to be submitted only after reception of the confirmation email for registration.

 

How to process:

- Create your account (if you have not already done so)

- Use the abstract template (file the form: 1 page, no picture)

- Click on "Abstract submission" and fill the form step by step

 

Deadlines to submit an abstract are fixed:

  • June 26, 2015 for an oral presentation

    Abstracts submitted will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee to be selected for oral presentations (short Talk, 15 min).

    ==> Those not selected will be presented as poster during special sessions.

    A notification will be sent by email.

  • July 13, 2015 for a poster

Size of the support poster are 1 m wide x 1,80 m high.
