REGISTRATION

The registration is required for all participants. You need to register before submitting an abstract.

The total number of participants is limited to 120.

The conference fees cover the expenses for participation and access to all lectures, the booklet, coffee breaks, lunches, the Welcome reception on Wednesday, August 26^th, at the Cité Mondiale, salle panoramique de la Tour Jefferson (Bordeaux) and the gala dinner on Thursday, August 27^th - including transportation by bus. This event will take place in the famous Château Bouscaut (Cadaujac) in the Pessac-Léognan wine area.

Fees are given in Euros (all taxes included).

=> Note that a limited number of registration grants for students or young researchers, members of the GDR 2588 community, are available to cover the registration fee. These grants are generously sponsored by the Research Group GDR 2588.
To benefit from, you have to:
- submit an abstract (oral / poster)
- send a reference letter before June 10^th, 2015 to smlms2015@sciencesconf.org.

* To confirm your status, a valid student proof must be submitted to smlms2015-registration@sciencesconf.org

The possible payment methods are: by credit card, bank transfer, check, or purchase order (bon de commande).

Please take all the necessary information and payment tools with you before beginning the registration process.
Note that  YOU MUST GO TO THE END OF THE PROCESS AND TO THE PAYMENT It is impossible to connect again later to complete or to modify your registration data!
You will receive a confirmation email after your registration.
